At first, our boss had a lot of questions and concerns about the look he was wanting to achieve, but Joel was very open to discussing it and providing valuable feedback on insights on the design he was quoting. The overall product is EXACTLY what we were looking for and is even better than we had expected. Other quotes in the area for the same thing were much higher, so this was a very affordable sign.
